Our items are custom made at the time of your order and go through a quality inspection prior to shipping out to our customers.

We will NOT provide any returns/refunds.

However, we WILL provide an exchange/replacement for the same item should it have any defect in our workmanship or materials. Any concerns regarding a defect in our workmanship or materials must be presented to us within 30 days of your item purchase.
